The food here is phenomenal! I always come here whenever I want to treat myself and not spend an arm and a leg. The servers are attentive, but they give you room to enjoy your food peacefully. It’s also very well kept up. I’ve never been sat at a dirty table.

It is quite disheartening to walk into a restaurant and not receive a welcoming greeting. Despite feeling overlooked, I proceeded to the bar to place a to-go order. With only three tables occupied and two servers on the floor, I would have expected a more attentive experience. One server, named Kay, whose face is adorned with piercings, walked by without acknowledging my presence while preparing lemons for another table. Fortunately, I managed to catch the attention of another server, a young black man, so I could place my order. This experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer, compelling me to share my thoughts in a review. While I have no complaints regarding the food or the culinary staff, the service remains disappointingly insufficient. As a regular patron who works in the area, it’s disappointing to see that service quality has not improved over time. Additionally, it's worth noting that there should be stricter regulations regarding staff appearance to ensure food safety. Kay's piercings and the length of her hair raise valid concerns about potential contamination. Hair that long should be secured in a hairnet, and piercings should be limited to conventional

I have to say, considering I usually get my Mongolian grill from Ton’s in Grand Prairie, I decided to stop here and try them out… WRONG DECISION. First off, a small bowl for take out was OVER $20!!!!! Then they handed me a MAYBE four inch diameter, one and a half inch deep bowl for ingredients??? I managed to fit two pieces of IMITATION crab, five pieces of tofu and a little bit of onions. My base was cabbage… maybe a half a cup of cabbage. This place is a rip off. If you value meals, go five minutes up the road and get Ton’s Mongolian Grill in Grand Prairie. I lunch is $14.99 all you can eat, or two FULL bowls for take out, each at least twice as big as Genghis. Don’t waste you money here, PLEASE!!!! Way TOO OVERPRICED for what you actually get!!!!
